About Food to Facts

In an environment where nutrition science is continuously evolving, and labelling regulations are sometimes confusing, food industry professionals need specific expertise to make sense of it all. Food to Facts is a Toronto-based small business that was established to meet the growing need for nutrition consulting services for small food manufacturers, restaurants, caterers and culinary professionals.

Nutrition is important to many of your customers. They are seeking out nutrition information and requesting healthier food options. Our services can help you navigate the regulations, maximize nutrition trends and develop creative solutions for highlighting the nutritional strengths of your foods.

Kristy Hogger, BSc, Registered Dietitian, received her undergraduate degree in foods & nutrition from the University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario. She completed post-graduate training with the Southeastern Ontario Dietetic Internship Program in Kingston, Ontario, gaining experience in public health nutrition, clinical nutrition, research and foodservice management.

Kristy has held several Toronto-based positions in the food industry specializing in nutrition analysis, food labelling, regulatory affairs and nutrition communications. She is a member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario and Dietitians of Canada.
